For the better future

In this world three types of people are present:

1. One who extra talkative means they only makes palace in the air, not work for achieving the goal.

2. Second one are those who tells and they do at any cost.

3. Third one are those who not believes to show themselves (not telling what they want to do, only they believes in action), they first do then tell.

So please do something otherwise pass your life as usual?

Families for a Secure Future is committed to reaching out to and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by establishing a network of local family groups. Secret to Attract Love

Often times when we want to attract love into our lives all we can see is what we don't have. Usually when you are in this place of loneliness and heart hunger you are depleted and looking for something to refill your energetic cup. Unfortunately there is nothing more attractive than someone who is already fulfilled. Being in this empty place you inadvertently repel exactly what you are seeking. What do you have to offer in exchange for what you are looking for?

Don't despair! There are so many ways to fill your own energy cup and finally see what you seek. How do you generate what you are seeking? By filling your own cup with the resources you already have. You probably have a clear idea of what you want and if you don't now would be a good time to get clear. Make a list of all the qualities you are seeking in a partner and what that would bring to your life. Just making this list is very powerful. It is like giving your order out to the universe to be filled.

Now that you have this list, instead of focusing on how sad it is you don't have these things in your life look to see were you do have these things. Lets say you on your list you said you were looking for someone who is adventurous and loyal. Think about the people in your life who are adventurous and loyal. This is training your ability to perceive what you are looking for so that you can recognize it in others.

Take time to acknowledge the people who have this quality. Let them know that you see them as adventurous or loyal and that you are grateful for them because of it. People of similar quality will instinctively be drawn to someone who will recognize there gifts and appreciate them.

WHAT TO EAT and WHEN

Naturally, the fact that you shouldn't exercise on an empty stomach doesn't mean that you should eat a three-course meal 10 minutes before hitting the gym. In general, the closer you get to your workout start time, the fewer calories you should eat. The nutrients that make up those calories should also shift. Because it takes the body four to six hours to digest fat, about three hours to digest protein and about two hours to digest carbohydrates, it's important to winnow down the protein and fat content of your meal or snack as you get closer to exercise. "You're not going to want to eat a plate of french fries two hours before working out, because the blood is going to rush to your stomach to digest that while it's also trying to rush to your exercising muscles," says Berning. "In the end, it doesn't do a very good job of either one."

So, here are a few rules of thumb to follow: If your workout is four hours away, eat a regular meal that combines protein, fat and carbohydrates, then have a small carbohydrate-rich snack closer to your exercise session to tide you over. Three hours before working out, make it a smaller meal and lighten up a bit on the protein and fat. Thirty to 90 minutes before exercise, have a snack of easily digested carbohydrates (see below). If you only have the 15 minutes between, say, leaving your office and hitting the gym to grab something, go for a sports drink or a few Saltines. Also keep in mind that while eating high-fiber foods is important for good health, they're best eaten after or long before exercise, since they can cause bloating and other annoyances that will make you feel uncomfortable when working out.

Mountain

A mountain is a landform that extends above the surrounding terrain in a limited area, with a peak. A mountain is generally steeper than a hill, but there is no universally accepted standard definition for the height of a mountain or a hill although a mountain usually has an identifiable summit.

High mountains, and mountains located closer to the Earth's poles, have elevations that exist in colder layers of the atmosphere. They are consequently often subject to glaciation and erosion through frost action. Such processes produce the popularly recognizable mountain peak shape. Some of these mountains have glacial lakes, created by melting glaciers; for example, there are an estimated 3,000 glacial lakes in Bhutan.

A mountain is usually produced by the movement of lithospheric plates, either orogenic movement or epeirogenic movement. The compressional forces, isostatic uplift and intrusion of igneous matter forces surface rock upwards, creating a landform higher than the surrounding features. The height of the feature makes it either a hill or, if higher and steeper, a mountain. The absolute heights of features termed mountains and hills vary greatly according to an area's terrain. The major mountains tend to occur in long linear arcs, indicating tectonic plate boundaries and activity. Two types of mountain are formed depending on how the rock reacts to the tectonic forces – block mountains or fold mountains.
